- How do I place an order online?
Log in or create an account.
Add products to your cart.
Enter shipping details and payment method.

- How can I update or add my shipping address?
After logging in, go to “My Account” → “Addresses” to add or edit your details. Please ensure accuracy before placing an order.
- Can I view my previous orders?
Yes — log in and go to “My Account” → “Orders” to see your full order history and current status.
- Can I modify my order after placing it?
Once your order is marked “Processing,” it cannot be changed. Contact our support team if your situation requires special assistance.
- How can I delete my account?
To permanently delete your account, contact customer support. All personal data will be removed in line with privacy regulations.
- How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by country and shipping method. We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible — see our Shipping Policy for details.
- How can I track my shipment?
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. You can track it via your account or the link in your confirmation email.
- Can I change the shipping method or address after ordering?
Once an order status changes to “Processing,” changes are no longer possible. Contact support if you need urgent help.
- What payment methods do you accept?

- What is 3D Secure verification?
3D Secure is an added security step for online payments. Your bank may request identity confirmation or an SMS code to complete the transaction.
- Why was my payment declined?
This usually happens if your bank blocks international transactions or requires additional verification. Contact your bank or try another payment method.
- How does the bank transfer (TT) option work?
Select “Bank Transfer” at checkout, then complete the transfer in EUR using the provided details. Your order will ship once payment is confirmed.
- What currency are prices shown in?
All prices are listed in EUR. Your bank will automatically convert the amount into your local currency using the current exchange rate.
- What are the symptoms of stomach ulcers in horses?
Symptoms may include reduced appetite, dullness, irritability, poor performance, or no visible signs at all. Proper diagnosis is essential.
- How are gastric ulcers diagnosed in horses?
The most reliable method is gastric endoscopy (“scoping”). Hindgut ulcers may not always be visible using this technique.
- What is omeprazole?
Omeprazole reduces stomach acid production. Used for gastric ulcers, reflux, and over-acidity — in humans and animals (including horses).
- What is sucralfate?
Sucralfate protects the stomach lining and supports healing, mainly in the glandular region. May be used alone or with omeprazole.
- Granules, paste, or tablets — which should I choose?
All forms contain the same active ingredient. Choose based on your horse’s preference.
- What’s the best way to administer the product?
- Tablets: give with a dosing syringe.
- Paste: apply directly into the mouth.
- Granules: sprinkle dry over feed.
- Can gastric ulcers be prevented?
Yes — regular use of omeprazole or sucralfate helps reduce recurrence.
- What is an enteric coating?
A layer that prevents dissolution in stomach acid, allowing absorption in the intestine.
- What material is used for Abler’s enteric coating?
Methacrylic acid copolymer dispersion — dissolves only at intestinal pH.
